Authors' Day at the Library!

Save the date! Please join us for the First Annual Author Day between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, in honor of local authors from Shelby County and East Texas. This will be a great opportunity to meet and greet your favorite authors and offer a chance to find more about their current book projects.  The authors will have copies of their published works which will be available for signing. There will also be drawings throughout the day for a chance to own your own personal, signed copies of their books. At noon, there will be an official proclamation by David Chadwick, Mayor, declaring February 18th as the official Author Day for our county.  You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity to visit with the amazing and gifted writers of our community!
